– Your Pain Specialist

Thank you for visiting my site. My aim is to help people who suffer from persistent pain and for whom conventional medicine has failed to find an answer.

On request I provide workshops where I help guide groups of individuals to recognise how interlinked their mind and body are, using activities to help demonstrate this. I explain the concept of how persistent pain and many other conditions are actually not caused by our body failing us, but as an escape mechanism for the build up of inner turmoil for which there is no other escape.

I use current research to back up these claims, as well as real life case studies. Workshops are educational, but fun and at times interactive and experiential to help attendees take on board concepts that might be new to them.  All attendees will leave with practical and easy to use suggestions and tools to help either resolve or prevent stress induced symptoms.


Where appropriate workshops also includes the effect chronic health conditions have on businesses and how this knowledge can help companies improve staff health and wellbeing and reduce sickness absence costs and attrition rates. Further workshops and support for individual employees with health concerns is also available on request.
